#PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

Healing is important process after knowing about your disease there are various kind of healing techniques. Some go for medication, some for specialists. But I believe healing with spiritual path is the most useful way of getting out of the struggle. I’ve experienced several different healing methodologies over the years – counseling, self-help, and I’ve read a lot – but none of them will really work unless you really want to heal. Even when I was in depression I chose spiritual ways and believe me it helped me a lot during my struggling days. I used to do yoga. I used to even read “Bhagwad Gita” and doing “OM” chanting has helped me a lot you should try this way it will give you relief from your pain. According to me Depression is very emotional thing.. whenever you’ll talk about it will surely make you cry. Even when I talk about it today it still makes me cry. But now it doesn’t make me weak. I’m more confident about it. You know it’s ok to have problems. Never compare your journey with others. So if you know what are you going through then please understand you need help. You should choose your way of healing. The most important thing is to heal yourself how you do it doesn’t matter. At the end of the you should feel peace in your heart and mind. #healingsoul

Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it.

How To Be At Peace? How To Find Inner Peace – Everything You Need To Know About Peace

… PEACE IS THE BEAUTY OF LIFE …

peace quote

Nowadays peace is just a word no one seems to understand its meaning everyone is having their own definition for peace. According to me, peace is to feel, to observe, to see, to understand everything.  Peace is when there are hundreds of people around you but you are somewhere else your mind is somewhere else. [Sab ke hote hue bhi tum kahin aur he ho. Tumhara dhyan kahin aur he hai. Apni he alag duniya main ho.] Inner peace is very important in today’s life. People who are suffering from depression and anxiety can understand the value of peace.

Peace is a stress-free state of security and calmness that comes when there’s no fighting or everything coexisting in perfect harmony and freedom. Peace of mind is often associated with yogis, hermits or monks, sitting alone in a far off place, in an ashram, cave or monastery, praying or meditating all day long.

Do you ever feel like the stresses of life just drain all your positive energy? This is a common problem in modern society, and it can leave you feeling deeply despondent about your prospects for future happiness and inner peace. The truth is that peace of mind can be attained and enjoyed, even while leading a normal, ordinary life, with a job and family.

If you really want to feel at peace, then your goal is to let go of the ego which separates us from being at one with all which is.

peace quotes

Spending quality time with self is peace. Spending time with self- doesn’t mean going for shopping , spa or chilling with friends. sometimes it’s just about sitting alone in the bathroom., sitting in a warm bath, and being quiet enough to hear beating of a heart. Spending time with self is to feel your energy, feel your breath, talk to yourself. [Khud ke sath time spend karo khud ko pehchano aaj kal log alag he race main hai agar hum kahin ja rahe hai tho hum apne phone main jyada busy hai..] instead of feeling and enjoying that moment we are busy in taking selfies or busy in socializing. By doing this we forget to live that moment and we are allowing technology to kill our inner peace. [Yeh sab karna cahiye per phle humein khud.ko samjhna aur jaan na jaruri hai warna hum   kuch time baad depressed ho jaate hai. Humari energy kaise work karti hai yeh samjhna jaruri hai. Khud ke sath time spend karo. Friends family sab important hai per usse phle tum important ho.]  Some of the best moments of life are never captured by cameras and are not posted in any social media platforms. they are kept in private in memories and are cherished together lifetime with the best people. try to spend some quality time with self. so start living first then start socializing. show some love to self there’s no need to be rude to yourself.

How To Feel Peace?

  • Meditate Daily.
  • Forget About Perfection In Everything.
  • Go For Walk.
  • Spend Some Alone Time.
  •  Self Acceptance.
  •  Spend Time With Kids.
  •  Practice Om Chanting.
  •  Focus On The Good Memories
  •  Do What Makes Your Soul Happy.
  •  Write Down Your Blessing.
  • Speak In A Calm And Relaxing Voice.
  • Be Grateful Every day.
  •  Let Go Of Difficult Or Negative People.
  • Make No Effort To Control The Breath; Simply Breathe Naturally.
  • Do Some Exercise: Exercises Like Running Have Proven To Be Almost Meditative In The Sense Of Peace They Provide.

–  Physical activities like tennis, batting cages, or golfing at a driving range, will allow you to work out extra energy, stress or aggression.

–  More meditative exercises like yoga will help you focus your mind and have a more peaceful relationship between your mind and body.

  • Go On The Beach: On the beach off your shoes feel the sand. Feel the waves and winds by opening your hand just like you’re hugging the wind.

I know these days people don’t have much time but life is too short to be irritated all the time. I have seen people getting frustrated with their job, relationships and many things even I used to be irritated and frustrated but as the time passed and I realized the importance of peace in life. This is the reason I’m writing this post to make people realize where they are lacking. Life is not about a luxurious lifestyle. Life is about the little things. As we heard  “it’s always the little things that make the difference”. Today we know the meaning of everything but we value nothing. If you’ve been struggling with your emotional or mental state like I was, it may be difficult, at first, to act with integrity all the time. You may find yourself making mistakes and sometimes behaving in a less than ideal way. In order to build up a habit of sticking to your principles, just practice doing the “next right thing” all the time.

The people around you may not be living in the same way that you have chosen to. It doesn’t matter; they will have their own way to live with at the end of the day they will have their life, and you will have yours. Choose to respond in a way that will give you peace. Take a deep breath before starting your day or while taking any decisions regarding your job or relationships.

Mental Health

Why Mental Health Needs To Be Discussed?

know more about why it is important to talk about mental health. this blog will give you some information about mental health.

DEPRESSION

what is mental health?

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and through adulthood. illness Mental  refers to a wide range of mental health conditions — disorders that affect your mood, thinking and behavior. Examples of mental illness include depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders and addictive behaviors. Many people have mental health concerns from time to time.

This can feel just as bad as a physical illness, or even worse. Mental health problems affect around one in four people in any given year. They range from common problems, such as depression and anxiety, to rarer problems such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

  16.   Feeling alone.
  17. Not able to understand what is going on around.
  18.  Overthinking.
  19. Being Negative.
  20. Running from truth & people etc..

These are the some basic signs of mental illness which people feel and i felt during my depression period.

Receiving A Diagnosis

Knowing warning signs can help let you know if you need to speak to a professional. For many people, getting an accurate diagnosis is the first step in a treatment plan.

Unlike diabetes or cancer, there is no medical test that can accurately diagnose mental illness. A mental health professional will use the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, published by the American Psychiatric Association, to assess symptoms and make a diagnosis. The manual lists criteria including feelings and behaviors and time limits in order to be officially classified as a mental health condition.

After diagnosis, a health care provider can help develop a treatment plan that could include medication, therapy or other lifestyle changes.

Finding Treatment(finding help)

Getting a diagnosis is just the first step; knowing your own preferences and goals is also important. Treatments for mental illness vary by diagnosis and by person. There’s no “one size fits all” treatment. Treatment options can include medication, counseling (therapy), social support and education.

fighting with depression

Conclusion (personal thoughts): It’s ok to have mental problem(you are not a mental or something. Sometimes we need mental support so that we can do thing more efficiently) it is not something we should be shameful for. Sometimes there’s point in life where you don’t understand anything there are a lot of reasons for this. Sometimes it’s because of some family reasons, personal reasons (boyfriend/girlfriend breakup & patch-up reasons), not able to win any competition or exams etc. The matter is not about the reason it’s about how you deal with it. It’s your friends and family members who help you to come out of this situation. But remember it’s only you who needs to take the first step. I feel it is important for us to come out and share our story with everyone. We all have fear about “log kya kahenge” who are these people? How do they matters to us? It’s you who is suffering not them. There are feeling like we should not talk about it and keep it hush. There are lack of awareness. We all should help each other by understanding not by judging.

We cannot always control everything that happens to us in this life, but we can control how we respond. Many struggles come as problems and pressures that sometimes cause pain. Others come as temptations and trials. Life will become boring if we will always have good days. It’s okay to have problems. It’s all about how we deal with it.

Thank You,

By Priyanka Tiwari
